ALL ACCESS TORONTO™
Terms
TERMS OF USE
The rules of the platform.
These Terms govern use of the All Access Toronto™ website, memberships, portals, reservations, ticketing, guest lists, concierge and related services. By creating an account, making a purchase or using a private portal, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms presented for the specific service.
1. Platform and third-party services
All Access provides event discovery, membership, reservations, ticketing and operational tools. Depending on the transaction, an event, venue, ticket, table or other service may be supplied by an independent organizer, venue, payment processor or ticketing provider. Third-party terms may therefore apply in addition to these Terms.
2. Accounts and private portals
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. Member and organizer portal access is personal to the authorized account unless All Access expressly permits otherwise.
Organizer permissions are scoped to events owned by that organizer. Attempting to access another organizer’s private event statistics, ticket-buyer records, guest lists or attendee data is prohibited.
3. Membership, purchases and billing
Prices, taxes, fees, billing frequency and material purchase terms should be shown before checkout. Recurring memberships renew according to the checkout terms until cancelled. Cancellation and refund treatment is described in the Refund Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
4. Reservations and concierge
A reservation, booth, table, guest-list or concierge submission is a request unless and until confirmed. Availability, minimum spend, deposits, dress/admission standards, cancellation deadlines and other conditions may be set by the venue or organizer and will apply once disclosed and accepted.
5. Organizer responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for having authority to list and operate their events; providing accurate dates, venue, pricing, capacity, age restrictions, refund terms and ticket information; honouring confirmed tickets and guest-list commitments; complying with applicable laws and venue agreements; and using attendee information only for legitimate event operations or other purposes for which they have the required consent or legal authority.
Featured placement is editorially controlled by All Access. Submitting or paying for an event service does not guarantee homepage, spotlight or hero placement unless expressly agreed.
6. Content and intellectual property
All Access branding, software, layouts and original editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, sell or exploit protected platform content except as permitted by law or with permission.
If you submit event copy, logos, images or other content, you represent that you have the rights needed to submit and publish it and grant All Access a non-exclusive licence to host, display, resize, format and distribute that content for operating and promoting the listing or service.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, use automated means to defeat ticketing controls, harvest private attendee data, or use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or discriminatory activity.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but this does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Liability, consumer rights and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, All Access is not responsible for losses caused solely by an independent venue, organizer, payment provider or other third party outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for our own conduct where it cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer, privacy, human-rights or other statutory protections.
These Terms are governed by Ontario law and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, subject to mandatory rights that apply regardless of this clause.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach, fraud, security risk, abusive behaviour or misuse of private data, subject to applicable law and any contractual rights that apply to a paid service. You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel future membership renewal through the available account or support process.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the platform changes. Material changes will be communicated or presented as appropriate, and changes will not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
